At Kelvonova, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind right after ordering? Reach out to us at info@kelvonova.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and we'll cancel it straight away.

Beyond this window we can't guarantee cancellation as your order may already be with our fulfilment team. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer an option however you're welcome to return the item once it arrives under our returns process below.

Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. No restocking fees, no hassle.

For a return to be accepted, your item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original condition
  • Packaged with all original accessories, components, and documentation

Our team will walk you through every step of the process.


Who Covers Return Shipping?

We cover it when:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item is missing parts or components
  • Your product does not match its description

In any of these situations we'll arrange return shipping at no cost to you and either replace your item or issue a full refund — your choice.

You cover it when:

  • You've changed your mind
  • The item doesn't suit your space or décor
  • You ordered the wrong item

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in change of mind situations.


How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Get in touch Email info@kelvonova.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and instructions.

Step 2 — Pack it up Place the item back in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Pack it securely to avoid any transit damage.

Step 3 — Ship it back Follow the return instructions in your authorisation email. We recommend a trackable shipping method so you can confirm your return has arrived safely.


Getting Your Refund

Once your return lands with us we'll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


Exchanges

Prefer a swap over a refund? No problem. Contact us at info@kelvonova.com and let us know what you'd like instead — a different size, colour, or style. We'll sort it out for you quickly.


Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order hasn't shown up within 5–15 business days, drop us an email at info@kelvonova.com with your order number. We'll chase it up with the carrier immediately.

If your package is confirmed lost we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away — whichever you prefer.


Items We Can't Accept Back

Some items cannot be returned once received:

  • Lights that have been installed or hardwired
  • Items damaged through incorrect installation
  • Custom or special order items marked as non-returnable on the product page

These items are clearly identified on their individual product pages before purchase.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date at the top. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
