Delivery Times

Below are our estimated delivery timelines:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add one extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days from the date of purchase

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. In rare cases where a customs inspection is required, please allow an additional 2–3 business days beyond the estimated timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for your tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information for the latest update. If your order appears stuck or has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will investigate on your behalf.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property
  2. Contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
